It is our great pleasure to welcome you to attend the 3rd International Symposium on Molecular Imaging and Nanomedicine, April 25-29, 2015.

Nanomedicine emerging as a new and interdisciplinary field has attracted increasing attention over past decades owing to the novel applications of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies in in vitro bioassays, in vivo imaging and diagnosis, drug delivery and therapy, etc. Molecular imaging as a major branch of nanomedicine has shown remarkable potentials in promoting new opportunities for early diagnosis, staging, and prognosis of major diseases such as cancers.

The topics of the current symposium include: design and fabrication of novel molecular imaging probes; application of nanomaterials and technology in biomedical assays; molecular mechanism of malignant behaviors of cancers; hypersensitive imaging of malignant tumors; nano-therapeutic agents; interactions of nanoparticles with immune system.

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the Institute of Chemistry, CAS and School of Radiation Medicine and Protection, Medical College of Soochow University for supporting of this symposium, and thank all invited speakers as well as all participants for poster presentations.
